Full Refund: To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged packaging.
Partial Refund: For products that have been opened, used, or damaged, a 50% restocking fee will apply.
Shipping Costs: If you are returning items by mail, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees and must provide tracking information.
Final Sale: Please be aware that all gift certificate purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with New Jersey consumer law. Gift cards are non-transferable and can only be used at Graceful Skin & Body Spa. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
